At the agreed time, at your address. Even at three in the morning, when the inconvenient flights leave.

We track your flight: if the landing time changes, we rearrange around it. Airport waiting is included for up to 60 minutes after landing.

Meet and greet at arrivals
We wait for you at the arrivals exit with a sign bearing the passenger’s name. No one to look for, no number to call.

In the V-Class six large suitcases fit. No luggage surcharge, no fuss when it’s time to load up.

What if the flight is delayed?
We track the flight number you give us at booking. If the landing slips we rearrange, and airport waiting is included for up to 60 minutes after landing: within that there is no surcharge. Beyond it, we agree it together.
How much luggage can I bring?
In the V-Class, six large suitcases plus hand luggage. If you have more, tell us at booking and we’ll arrange the right solution.
Is a child seat available?
Yes, on request and at no extra cost — just tell us at booking, along with the child’s age.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes, and it happens often: the person booking and the person travelling aren’t always the same. We need the passenger’s name, the pick-up address and a number to call on arrival.
