Who runs this site, what the service is, and on what terms.

The service

This is a private hire service with driver (NCC under Italian law), operating under the licence shown in the footer. It is not a taxi service: journeys are arranged in advance, with no waiting on public stands and no passengers picked up without a booking.

Days out to places in the region are transport services with a car and driver at your disposal. They do not include entry tickets, tourist guide services or any other tourist services: guided visits inside the sites are led by licensed tourist guides, whom the passenger books and pays directly.

Fares and bookings

No prices are published on this site. The fare is agreed and confirmed before the journey, applies to the whole vehicle rather than per person, and includes tolls and fuel. It is paid to the operator who carries out the journey.

Night-time departures, extra stops, routes other than the one agreed, waiting beyond the stated limits or particular requests may carry a different amount, which is told to you before the journey and never after.

Site entry tickets, tourist guide services and old-town access permits, where they apply, are not included.

Journeys carried out by other operators

Journeys that call for a vehicle of a different class from the one we run may be entrusted to other operators holding a private-hire licence. In that case the transport is carried out by the operator named before you confirm, working under their own licence, with their own vehicle and their own insurance.

You pay the fare for those journeys directly to the operator who carries them out, and they issue the receipt or invoice.

The request and the arrangements stay with this company; the transport itself is provided by the operator who carries it out.

Site content

The text, images and drawings on these pages belong to the operator. You may use them privately; any other reuse needs written permission.

The information is kept current with care, but it is not a contractual offer: the agreement begins when a booking is confirmed.

Governing law

Italian law applies. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction.

Credits

The three-dimensional model of the vehicle shown on these pages is not the work of the site owner and is used under the terms of its licence.

In the model file the wheels carry the name of an Audi RS Q8, a model the same author has published under the same licence: we credit them to the author, and for completeness list that model below as well.
