Who is responsible

The data controller is the sole trader named at the foot of every page, at the registered address and VAT number shown there. For anything concerning your data, write to the email address or certified address in the footer.

What the site collects

These are static pages. There is no contact form, no cookie is set, no analytics or profiling tool runs, and nothing is stored in your browser.

The typeface is served from this same domain, so visiting does not trigger any request to a third party.

The hosting provider records technical access data — IP address, date and time, page requested — as any web server does, for security and diagnostics. That data is not used to identify anyone and is not combined with anything else.

When you message on WhatsApp

The buttons on this site open a WhatsApp conversation with the message already written. Nothing is sent on your behalf: it goes when you send it.

From that point the conversation happens on WhatsApp, a Meta service, and Meta’s own terms apply to what you exchange there. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, the email address and phone number in the footer reach the same service.

If you book

Carrying out a transfer needs your name, a contact number, the pick-up place and time and, where a flight is involved, the flight number. That information is used only to arrange and run the journey.

If you ask for an invoice, your billing details are handled to meet a legal obligation and kept for the period tax law requires.

Nothing is passed to third parties for commercial purposes, and no marketing messages are sent.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict how it is used or object to its use, by writing to the contacts in the footer.

You also keep the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
