Sorrento to Rome Fiumicino, by car with a driver
Three and a half hours, and the first half hour is the peninsula: that stretch sets the departure time, not the kilometres that follow.

Where we meet
At your hotel in Sorrento, Sant’Agnello, Meta or Piano: we come to you, however early. At Fiumicino we drop you at the departures level of your terminal.
The drive
The SS145 as far as Castellammare — narrow, full of bends, and slow from May to September — then the motorway all the way to Rome. We keep a wide margin on that first stretch: in high season it can cost half an hour more than usual, and there is no making it up later.

What the price covers
- Motorway tolls and fuel
- Airport waiting, up to 60 minutes after landing
- Meet and greet at arrivals with a name sign
- Flight tracking, and a pick-up that moves if you land late
- Luggage, within what the vehicle holds
- A child seat, on request
Worth knowing
- In high season the peninsula is the unpredictable part of the trip: if the plane leaves early, we leave earlier. That is why we always ask for your flight number.
- Six large suitcases fit in the V-Class with nothing left behind: on a three-and-a-half-hour run that is not a detail.
Questions about this route
What time do we leave for a morning flight?

How much luggage fits?
Six large cases plus hand luggage in the V-Class. Six of you with six big suitcases still fits: over three and a half hours that is what you notice most.
